Professionals strengthen their practice by hearing how systems, services, and relationships are experienced on the receiving end. Individuals and families gain language, structure, and insight into the dynamics that shape stress, behaviour, and burnout. You matter. Your voice matters. You belong here

Trauma‑Informed Coping Skills for Addiction & Recovery is a practical online program for Professionals, families and people living with the combined weight of trauma, chronic stress, and addictive behaviours. You will learn how trauma reshapes the brain and nervous system, why substances and other habits can feel like the only way to cope, and what you can do instead. Each module offers clear explanations, gentle reflection prompts, and ready‑to‑use tools drawn from CBT, ACT, and DBT, along with body‑based regulation skills like yoga‑informed movement, grounding, and polyvagal‑style practices. You’ll also explore emotions, boundaries, codependency patterns, chronic pain and fatigue, and values‑based behaviour activation, so recovery becomes about building a life that feels safer, more connected, and more like your own—not just “stopping.”
